Je nachdem, welchen Pfad wir jetzt einschlagen, können wir Autonomie und Selbststeuerung der Menschen erhöhen oder aber reduzieren. Denn Technologie an und für sich ist neutral und leidenschaftslos. Dezentral eingesetzt, kann sie kostengünstig sein und uns unabhängig von Energieversorgern machen.
